best q&a ever/having Jorg the director of Nekromantik watch my movie and buy me a beer after/lunch with Kidlat and Nick at the ambassador's/cutest filmfest organizers in history/moshing after 8 years to a swedish punk band/dancing to the mighty moguls and seeing them in normal clothes at the hostel the next day/me khavn john not being able to sleep dahil ang daldal ng roomate namin/dancing to bollywood/video art at hip bars/attempt to stalk hal hartley ending in failure/axel and his mastery of tagalog/kiko soeder, golden emissary of berlin and his taste for the barely legal/videokeing "Ligaya" in english for the germans/schweinshaxe/leberkase/currywurst/doners/pinkel w grunkohl/fantastic graffiti/seeing where run lola run was shot and reenacting...running/reichstag/hamburger banhof/checkpoint charlie/beer now officially in my blood/seeing an original Banksy on the street/almost getting recruited into scientology/cute audiences who wanted to recreate the me+quentin pic/funnest. film festival. ever.
it was a blast, to say the least. can't wait to head on back.

well i was too shy to say but now that you've asked i guess i have to answer :p the keka screening was great! one of the best i've ever been to. i was so afraid because first ten minutes they weren't laughing then when the TJ Trinidad killing sequence went on dire-diretso na yung tawanan. they even clapped after the song and dance number and a number of them expressed a desire to go to the Philippines after watching the film (which is weird because it's about corrupt politicians and fraternity violence). even the ambassador really liked it. what. hahaha
the number who expressed a desire to go to the Philippines are pointedly excited to meet Ryan Eigenmann, hahahahaha. yay you!!!!
wow. that is so awesome you got to hang out with the guy who made nekromantik. does he know his movies are being pirated here? :) please say he looks totally normal and not freaky.
he's so normal and down to earth. in fact, may pagkagwapo sha! he's the blonde guy in the pictures up there. and he knows that his film is being sold here! sabi pa nga nya, "i think my movie is the most bootlegged movie in history". kawawa nga lang siya because he didn't see a cent from it all. but you can tell he really loves trash cinema. recently he did a docu on japanese monster movies. i saw it in German, it's great!
ahahahahaha aw! well very selfishly, am happy it's pirated otherwise ang hirap i-download via torrents ;) kindly tell him that i am in awe of his nekromantik movies. when i saw nekromantik 2 i literally felt dirty after and wanted to take a shower.

So I dusted off my CD-r which contained a copy of Nekromantik which I never really got to watching after a quick download and burn-session; your post somewhat reminded me to watch Nekromantik. Haha.
Then I slept.
I dreamt that I was mourning the loss of Leica my labrador, tapos I was scrounging around her side-flaps peering into her side to check if her heart was still beating. Emo-freaky-shit.
